Sponsor a Child's Education
$20/month per child
Your monthly donation for a child goes directly to paying the required school fees, books, and uniforms for a child's education in Uganda. Attending school is not free in Uganda!
Education is the stepping stone for these children, paving the way to economic stability. Education is the only way out of a life of poverty in Uganda.
Pictured below are our children who desperately need a sponsor to be able to receive an education. When you sponsor a child, you will receive regular updates including photos and letters from your sponsored child.
Mulumba
Mulumba is a hardworking 6 year old boy who lives with his grandmother. Mulumba's mother died when he was only 4 months old and his father stopped providing for him when he remarried. Mulumba's grandmother struggles to afford to send him to school. Mulumba would love to find a sponsor so he can get a good education.
Francis
Francis is a 14 year old boy who lives with his mother and siblings. Francis' father died and this has created hardship and financial struggles for the family. His mother works hard as a peasant farmer to provide for Francis and his siblings. Francis enjoys singing in the choir at church and playing soccer. He dreams of becoming a teacher if he can finish school.
Emmanuel
Emmanuel is 8 years old and lives with his grandmother. He was abandoned at 2 years old by both parents after they had disagreements. His grandmother struggles to afford Emmanuel's school fees. Emmanuel dreams of becoming a teacher if he is able to finish school.
Jordan
Jordan is a 6 year old boy who lives with his mom and step-father. His father abandoned him and is not part of Jordan's life. His mother earns a very low income and struggles to pay Jordan's school fees. A sponsor would help Jordan achieve his dream of becoming a policeman one day.
Tracy
Tracy is 12 years old and lives with her father. Tracy's mother left her when she was 2 years old. Tracy's older siblings were unable to complete school past the sixth grade due to lack of money to pay school fees. Tracy dreams of becoming a judge if she can finish school.
Sherina
Sherina is 13 years old and lives with her mother and stepfather. Her mother is a farmer and her stepfather is a motorcycle taxi driver. Her father is not supportive in her life. Sherina dreams of becoming a doctor but her family struggles to pay for her school fees.
Jovan
Jovan is a 14 year old boy who is always smiling. He lives with his mother. Unfortunately, Jovan's father has remarried and does not support Jovan in any way, making it difficult for Jovan and his mother to pay for school fees. Jovan would like to become a doctor.
Benah
Benah is 13 years old and lives with her parents. Benah has sickle cell disease and is often sick, requiring her to receive treatments at the hospital. Due to this, Benah's parents struggle to pay for her school fees consistently while paying for her treatments also. Benah would be blessed by a sponsor.
Jalia
Jalia is 13 years old and lives with her mother and stepfather, who are peasant farmers. Jalia's father doesn't provide any support to her. Jalia enjoys school but has been unable to pay school fees and take the exams required to move to the next grade. Jalia dreams of being a doctor.
Sheila
Sheila is 4 years old and lives with her mother and grandmother. Sheila's father died in an accident when Sheila was one year old. Sheila's mother and grandmother are peasant farmers and struggle to earn an income. Sheila would be able to start school with the help of a sponsor.
Alex
Alex is a 9 year old boy who lives with his mother and siblings. His parents separated and all the family responsibilities were left with his mother. Alex's mother is a very hardworking lady who sells fish to support her family, but the low income makes paying school fees difficult. Alex dreams of becoming a pilot one day.
Raymond
Raymond is a bright 5 year old boy who lives with his mother. Raymond's father was imprisoned unfairly in 2022 and though his family is fighting to get him released, he remains in prison. This has left Raymond's mother as the sole provider for the family and created hardship. Raymond wants to become a teacher when he grows up.
Isaac
Isaac is 4 years old and lives with his mother and two older siblings. Isaac was abandoned by his father when he was only 4 months old. His mother struggles to pay school fees for her two older children, and has not yet been able to send Isaac to school. Isaac is old enough to attend preschool if sponsored.
Jayden
Jayden is a happy 4 year old boy who wants to start school this coming year. He lives with his grandparents and 10 other children. His grandparents work hard as peasant farmers but struggle to make ends meet. Jayden hopes to start his journey of education soon.
Shakur
Shakur is a bright 6 year old boy and a twin to his sister. He lives with his mother who struggles to make ends meet. His father abandoned his mother when he found out she was pregnant with Shakur and his twin. Shakur's mother works in people's gardens to earn money to provide for her children. Shakur dreams of becoming a teacher one day.
Rochalson
Rochalson is 4 years old and lives with his mother and grandmother. His mother had him at a young age and unfortunately Rochalson's father is not in his life. Rochalson is looking for a sponsor so he can begin his education.
Patrick
Patrick is a happy 4 year old boy. He lives with his mother and father in a small village. His father works hard to provide for the family but it is not enough to afford school fees. Patrick's biggest dream is to go to school. Every morning he watches the other children going to school and wishes he could join them.
Vanessa
Vanessa is 5 years old and lives with her father and stepmother. Vanessa's father works in people's gardens to earn a living, however the income is very low. Vanessa is a humble and bright girl who aspires to be a nurse if she finishes school.
Emmanuela
Emmanuela is a sweet 3 year old girl who lives with her parents. She enjoys playing with friends and helping with house chores. Emmanuela's father has failed to take responsibility as the head of the family, and her mother is overwhelmed with the responsibility of providing for her children with such a low income. Emmanuela will need a sponsor to start going to school.
